Since we are working on your behalf, we believe that we need to be truly flexible and impartial in product selection.  We therefore do not trade in furniture - we simply find you the best value products from whatever sources are right for your property, budget and timescale. 

We aim to save you money, not to sell you product.  That means that you can trust us to invest your budget as carefully as you would yourself.  

Unlike furniture sellers, we will:

• Use our repeat purchasing power to get you the best deals available 

• Buy the best value products for you, not the most profitable for us

• Shop from the widest range of trade, wholesale and retail sources, including ex-display stock, ex-show house furniture and sale items 

• Avoid expensive retail overheads wherever possible

• Re-use any existing furnishings where possible

• Advise you to leave any rooms unfurnished where it could be influential in attracting tenants

• Co-ordinate the trade of furnishings between our clients where appropriate

However, like furniture sellers, we can:

• Access products at trade and wholesale prices 

• Often buy directly from manufacturers

• Buy in large quantities for our clients' benefit
